Down here in Paraguay we are in the middle of Spring. However, I have to confess that I have been a bit of a rebel today and done some fall decorating! :) After spending so much of my life in northern hemisphere, it almost seems like a betrayal to not put out some sort of fall decorations during October and November!
So today I gathered up the pumpkins I have been buying whenever I find one of a good shape, along with some forgotten pot stands from the yard, and some beautiful orange berries from one of our trees. Here's the result!

Lovely! It sure doesn't look like you're not in the Northern Hemisphere.
I have that same tree... I could do something like that! I'm looking forward to planning for our Thanksgiving meal already. I'd love to hear your ideas on that.
Great job on the decorating, hon! It really sets off the room and gets me thinking warm fuzzy thoughts of thanksgiving and cooler weather :-). Good use of the local berries and orphaned pot stands.
I really like the orange berries under the pumpkin! That must be a little odd being in spring and then seeing all the fall decor on blogs! Your fall decorating looks lovely!

The result is beautiful!!
I forget that you guys are in a whole different hemisphere and the seasons are completely different. I bet it is a little weird being in the month of October and not seeing Fall things everywhere.
Hope you're having a great week so far!♥
So glad you found something else to repurpose! You already know I am amazed by your talent -Char
Wow, would not have guessed that those berries were real!!! lol That looks really great! I think that I would miss 'fall', too, even if it were spring...I was pleased to see quite a few pumpkin and squash for sale at the stores here this year, seems like there weren't as many last year...
Smiling that you did this during your spring!!!!
And those pot stands--what an ingenious use! I've never seen those before!
I think it's so neat that you are thinking fall with us! Wish we were neighbors....smile~
I am sure that it feels odd having your seasons flopped.
