And Suddenly I'm the Fastest Girl in the 5th Grade Again...

There's something about a new pair of sneaks that makes me all kinds of giddy. Just lacing them up transports me back to our cozy living room, where I hear my dad's laughter ringing as I proclaim that I just might be the fastest girl in the 5th grade ever.

So I'm curious, where does a new pair of shoes take you? :)

New running shoes are the best! I need some actually. What you said about being the fastest girl in the 5th grade reminds me of Isaiah, he'll say he's the fastest boy in the world...as he runs around the living room. LOL. New running shoes can definitely bring inspiration.

Hope you have a fabulous Friday!!

(I have NO idea what I am doing up at this time of the morning)

I´m not that fond of any kind of sneakers, because I´m not a fan of exercise, so when I speak shoes, it´s sandals, flip flops or others. I love a new pair of shoes and it means something "fresh" for me. To start over and enjoy the newness.

I totally need a new pair, but it's either new tenni's or new sandle's.

So silly, but I can totally relate! Those new sneakers are so cute, it might actually get me to the gym if I put them on! Have a great weekend! :)

I suppose it depends on the style of shoe.
Sneakers... young and carefree
heels...old and unsteady!!!

Yeah, new tennies! I usually get one new pair on home assignment and they have to last me two years!

After your post I started looking around at everyone's shoes at the gym and decided that mine had to be the oldest pair around. SO, I talked Jason into getting me a new pair. That boy will do anything to get me to feel sporty. Now I feel like Sporty Spice when I go to the gym! I think they really do make me faster and stronger :-)
